Elk City Residents Cheer on the Big Elks as They Head to State ChampionshipMay 11, 2023Elk City residents lined up along 3rd street this morning to bid farewell to the Big Elks as they embarked on their journey towards the 4A state title game. The Elk City High School activity bus was escorted by fire trucks and police cars with sirens and lights on, and the community showed their support by waving and cheering as the bus passed by.

Elk City Dream League has its Final Game of the SeasonApril 22, 2023In our latest video, HometownTV’s Gabe Edney interviews Ashley Meadows, a dedicated worker at Dream League Baseball in Elk City. The video features footage of a Dream League game, including a fantastic home run by one of the kids.
Ashley has been involved with Dream League for an impressive 13 years, helping kids with special needs get involved in sports, have fun, and get outside. Dream League started with just 20 kids playing on a borrowed field, but now they have their very own Dream League Baseball Field in Elk City.
This season, 48 kids have signed up to play in Dream League, and we couldn’t be happier to see so many young people enjoying the thrill of the game. We want to thank Ashley and all the other Dream League workers for their dedication and hard work, making sure that everyone has a chance to participate in sports and have a great time.
